At MayaNicholas.com, your satisfaction is important. Please read the refund policy below before purchasing any service or course.

Digital Products & Downloadables
All sales of digital products (e.g., résumé templates, courses, guides) are final. Due to the nature of downloadable content, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been delivered or accessed.

Live Services & One-on-One Sessions
Services such as résumé reviews, portfolio reviews, productivity consultations, calendar management training, and workshops are refundable under the following conditions:

Cancellation Notice: You may cancel your service up to 24 hours before the scheduled time to receive a full refund.

Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours before appointment): 50% refund.

No-Shows or Same-Day Cancellations: No refund will be issued.

Rescheduling is allowed once per booking with at least 12 hours’ notice.

Course Refunds (Email, Calendar, Google Drive Organization)
If you purchased access to a course and are unsatisfied within the first 3 days, you may request a 50% refund, provided you have not completed more than 25% of the course content. Refunds will not be issued after 3 days or after course completion.
To Request a Refund:
Send an email to [your email address] with your order number, the name of the product or service, and the reason for your request. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days.
